1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tuelio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tuelio is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, edit, and export professional CVs. The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation and optimization, PDF export, and template customization.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features require a subscription (Pro or Business plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of charge for consideration.

5. AI Features

AI-powered features (CV Chat, CV Optimizer) use third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate and improve content. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all content in your CV. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

AI usage is subject to monthly limits based on your plan. These limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on Tuelio, including CV text, uploaded images, and exported PDFs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create CVs containing false or misleading information intended to defraud
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Upload malicious content or files
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Profile page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
